Blakemore opened Moonstruck Gallery in the Texas/Yankie Art District after moving to Silver City, New Mexico in 2005. He and his wife, Patricia, ran the gallery until December of 2017, when they decided to retire and spend more time on their personal projects. Bill works out of his home studio and his work can now be found at Roadside Attractions and Creative Hands Gallery (106 Yankie Street in historic downtown Silver City)
